One of the best species for attracting butterflies, bees, other insects and birds - especially the Ruby-throated Hummingbird! Deer and herbivore resistant. It can reach heights of over 5 feet and will reseed in the right conditions. We have had deer munch on ours, but they only ate a little bit and it grew back and flowered anyway.
